Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US) ONLY

As of right now,  we are using USPS for all of our shipping needs. Within the continental US, we offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders under $55. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please give us a call toll-free at 1-866-FRA-ROOM to discuss the best shipping options for you.

 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders take 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is processed, please allow for 2-6 business days for shipping, depending on where the order is being shipped to. 

 

Do you ship to p.o. boxes or rural postal codes and zip codes?

Yes.

 

How much do I pay for delivery services?

Standard delivery - $6.95 USD 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders totaling more than $55 after discounts, excluding taxes.

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York.  Your actual tax may vary depending upon the county where the product is being shipped. All orders outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes.

Option 1. You can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, go to the "Orders and Returns" section in your account.

If you do not have an account with us, click on the "Order Information" link in the confirmation email sent to you to see the status of your order.

Option 2. When you buy from fragranceroom.com, your order is shipped to you through USPS. You will receive an email from Fragrance Room about the shipment details and you can always track the shipment online on the USPS site. Tracking information may be available a few days after purchase.
